Black Box Theatre

Welcome to one of our most versatile spaces in the SPARC!

Occupying most of the first floor, this space is designed to serve as a large classroom for dance and movement (complete with sprung floor), an ensemble rehearsal space, a meeting space for community organizations and businesses, a small event venue, and a small black box theatre (complete with sound and lighting). With theatre-style seating and a small stage, our theatre seats approximately 125 audience members. The space can also be set up with tables and chairs for a variety of meetings and other events.

In addition to hosting a variety of UDAEF events, this space is available for local businesses and community organizations to rent for small events, meetings, presentations, workshops, and more!
