Gracie Metcalf

Gracie is a Registered Dance/Movement Therapist (R-DMT), Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC), and Certified Trauma Professional (CTP) who is passionate about creating supportive, strengths-based spaces where people can connect, express themselves, and build confidence through movement and creative expression.

She currently works at Inspira Health Children’s Partial Hospitalization Program, where she supports children, adolescents, and families with a wide range of social, emotional, and behavioral needs through trauma-informed and developmentally responsive dance/movement therapy. Her clinical experience includes working with neurodivergent youth, including children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and co-occurring mental health challenges, as well as veterans, adults with developmental disabilities, and individuals across the lifespan in individual, group, and family therapy settings.

She is also the owner of Mind Body Threads, LLC, a small business producing apparel and accessories dedicated to increasing awareness and advocacy for the creative arts therapies.

In her free time, Gracie enjoys exploring nature, reading, trying new recipes, and spending time with family, friends, and her two cats, Jet and Onyx.
