Dance is for every body! Come move and connect in this dance workshop designed for a wide range of movement, sensory, developmental, and learning needs. This class offers a supportive and flexible environment where participants can explore movement and self-expression at their own pace!
Activities are designed with accessibility in mind and can be adapted to support varying mobility, coordination, communication, sensory, developmental, and learning needs. Choice-making, sensory-friendly modifications, and opportunities for breaks may also be incorporated to help each participant engage in a way that feels comfortable and successful.
No previous dance experience is required. Participants of all movement abilities and neurotypes are welcome!

Step into the role of a theatrical designer and bring stories to life through creativity and hands-on making!
Whether you’re curious about what goes on behind the scenes or you want to learn more about a specific discipline, you are welcome in this workshop with Victoria "Vic" Gill-Gomez.
In this engaging workshop, high school students will explore how designers use scripts, research, and imagination to create memorable stage environments. Participants will learn to uncover clues about characters and settings, develop their own design concepts, and build a three-dimensional scenic model using a variety of artistic materials.
The class concludes with a fun and supportive group sharing session where students can showcase their work and discover how design communicates ideas and inspiration.

Always been intrigued by SFX makeup, thinking of pursuing a career in makeup, live entertainment, or just want to win that costume contest at your Halloween party this year? We’ve built just the workshop for you!
SPARC has partnered with Gianna of Paradox Pro Shop, to bring you a crash course into SPFX makeup, prosthetics, monster making, and creativity. Join us for one of our 3-hour workshops this October. Just in time to elevate your Halloween costume, and give you a sneak peek into more courses we’ll be offering this winter over at SPARC! Gianna will show you how to apply/remove prosthetics, create a cohesive character makeup, and share some of her trade secrets she’s learned from 10+ years in the film/TV and entertainment industries as a SPFX makeup artist and Set Designer.
You’ll get to choose 1 pair of custom reusable resin horns upon arrival. Gianna will guide you in creating a jaw dropping makeup around them. Demon, Vampire, Fairy, Gargoyle, any way the horns are inspiring you, she’ll teach you how to translate that into a cohesive makeup. You’ll leave this workshop with the horns of your choice, a makeup kit ($180 value), and a whole new level of excitement for monster making, SPFX makeup, and the arts!

Join our partners from LensBright to learn the basics of photography.
This hands-on workshop invites participants to explore light, image-making, and collaboration through the lens of a camera. The workshop takes place over one day, split into two three-hour sessions.
In the first, students learn the basics of digital photography and step into the studio to work with professional lighting. In the second, they bring their images to the computer to edit and refine them.
Both sessions build toward a single creative project: an original album cover that reflects each participant's own voice, captured in small groups with the support of mentors.

This hands-on stop-motion animation workshop invites participants to explore storytelling, art-making, and collaboration through animation. Students will participate in a series of short creative workshops focused on storytelling, character design, background painting, sound design, stop-motion animation, and editing. The artwork created across these sessions will come together as a short collaborative animated art by the end of the workshop.

Curious about playing the Guitar but not sure if it’s for you? Join us for a one-night introduction to the Guitar and give it a try!
This class explores the basics of guitar for all those interested. Whether you’ve never even touched a guitar before or you have some basic knowledge, this class is for you! Learn the foundational chords and strumming patterns in a safe group setting.

Combat has been an integral part of storytelling for all of recorded history, from Homer's epics to superhero movies and all the Shakespeares and Jackie Chans in between. In this class, we will explore the fundamental safety concepts used to safely portray violence on stage and screen. This class will cover two different Stage Combat disciplines: Unarmed and Swashbuckling.

Art therapy uses visual art mediums such as drawing, painting, and craft-making to help children express themselves, build coping skills, increase self-confidence, and manage challenges such as anxiety, stress, social difficulties, and life transitions.
Services begin with a parent intake session with a licensed art therapist to discuss your child's needs and establish goals. Students will meet weekly to work on art projects that meet personal and group goals.

Led by professional musicians and educators, The Delaware County Flute Choir is a performing ensemble that celebrates and concentrates on “all things flute!”
Participants will have the opportunity to play instruments such as piccolo, alto flute and bass flute. With a focus on practice techniques, flute ensemble literature and collaborative learning will take all participants to higher levels in their playing.
Open to all ages!*

U-ROC Leadership™ Ready to Work is a 5-week workforce readiness program designed to help underserved youth build the personal and professional skills needed for success.
Through interactive assessments and workshops, participants develop emotional intelligence, communication, leadership, teamwork, and trust-building skills while gaining greater self-awareness and confidence.
The program also provides practical tools for managing emotions, adapting to change, and working effectively with others. By the end of the program, participants are better prepared to thrive in the workplace and pursue future career opportunities.
